Perfect Manhattan

While a classic Manhattan is a thing of perfection, a small measure of dry vermouth adds complexity and brightness to the equation. The perfect cocktail to enjoy before dinner or as a nightcap.

2 oz Nelson Brothers Classic Bourbon
.75 oz sweet vermouth
.25 oz dry vermouth
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.

Add ice, stir until chilled, and strain into your glass with fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange peel expressed over the drink.
