How does the saying go? “Behind every great whiskey, there’s a great woman?” Is that it? Anyway, behind our whiskey, there’s a great woman: Louisa Nelson, founder Charles Nelson’s keen wife and owner/operator of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery. We’ve honored the memory of Louisa with Louisa’s Liqueur, a silky, caramel pecan treat that’s as original as the lady on the bottle.
